This post is a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter V2 review video. The Microsoft Wireless Display adapter was quite a success after its initial debut a couple of years ago. Since then, Microsoft has listened to is customers as they gave their feedback on this versatile little device. There was some room for improvement from the first version which had some minor issues such as noticeable lag between what was happening on the portable device and the paired big screen television. Another issue with the first version of the Microsoft wireless display adapter was the fact that it was the length of a stick of gum, which proved to be a bit of an issue when it was plugged into the back of wall mounted TV screens that were very close to the wall.
That being said, Microsoft recently released a version 2 of its popular accessory for its Windows devices.
By the way, just in case you do not know what a wireless display adapter does, it simply is a device that can be used to extend or mirror your portable device’s screen into a large screen TV which makes it a companion when you are doing presentations, watching movies or even playing games.
When I was in Los Angeles, I did a demo of setting up the wireless display adpter which can be seen in the video below. Enjoy!
